Open role: Sales Representative
Full-time · Remote / Hybrid · Base + uncapped commission
What you'll do
- Prospect, qualify, and close new financial services clients.
- Guide prospects through discovery conversations about protection, savings, and retirement.
- Partner with senior advisors on complex cases and multi-product households.
- Manage a pipeline in CRM with weekly forecasting and reporting.
- Represent Sokhal INC with integrity in every conversation.
What we're looking for
- 1+ years in sales, financial services, or a client-facing role (new grads with strong track records welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Coachable, competitive, and self-directed.
- Willingness to obtain applicable insurance / financial licenses (we support and fund this).
- Legally authorized to work in the country of hire.
